چکیده
وقوع سیل و فرسایش خاک ازجمله مخاطرات ناگواری است که هرساله باعث بروز صدمات و خسارات بسیار زیاد و جبرانناپذیر به محیط طبیعی و پدیدههای انسانساخت میشود. با توجه به اهمیت بخش کشاورزی در اقتصاد کشور و همچنین تأمین مواد غذایی افراد جامعه، برای پایداری کشاورزی، بایستی بر میزان منابع قابلدسترس بخش کشاورزی و عوامل مؤثر بر تصمیمگیری و تخصیص منابع، تأکید ویژهای شود. اگرچه توجه به مقوله تابآوری در بخش کشاورزی امری مهم محسوب میشود ولی مطالعات موجود در ارتباط با ارتقاء تابآوری در بخش کشاورزی در مقابل سیل و مهار فرسایش خاک بسیار اندک هستند. بر همین اساس، پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی راهکارهای بهبود تابآوری کشاورزی در برابر سیل ضمن اینکه به بررسی اهمیت تابآوری، اثر سیل بر کشاورزی و امنیت غذایی پرداخته، درنهایت راهکارهایی برای تقویت تابآوری بخش کشاورزی از طریق مقابله با سیل و حفاظت خاکوآب ارائه داده است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش مروری میتواند مبنایی علمی و کلیدی برای پژوهشگران، مسئولان اجرایی و مدیران بخش کشاورزی کشور قرار گیرد و همچنین به کشاورزان کمک خواهد نمود تا شیوههای مدیریتی متفاوتی را برای مقابله با انواع مخاطرات بهخصوص سیل و فرسایش خاک در نظر بگیرند.
