چکیده
اگرچه وضعیت سلامت و پایداری حوزه آبخیز برآمده از معیارهای مرتبط تا حد زیادی بررسی‌شده است، لکن مانایی حوزه آبخیز در یک وضعیت مشخص از سلامت و پایداری حوزه آبخیز به مفهوم برجایی یک بوم‌سازگان در یک حالت پایدار یا ناپایدار، زیستا یا نازیستا، کشسان یا غیرکشسان برای تبیین سیاست‌های تنظیمی مدنظر قرار نگرفته است. لذا ارزیابی وضعیت حوزه آبخیز و تغییرپذیری آن در طول زمان با در نظرگیری مدت‌زمان ماندن در آن وضعیت خاص ضروری است که در بحث‌های مدیریتی و تصمیم‌گیری‌های آینده و تبیین سیاست‌ها استفاده شود. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر، مفهوم‌سازی مانایی آبخیز به‌منظور ارائه خط‌مشی‌های لازم برای مدیریت الگویی بوم‌سازگان‌های آبخیز برنامه‌ریزی‌شده است. با مشخص شدن وضعیت مانایی آبخیز نقاط قوت و ضعف موجود در سامانه آبخیز شناسایی و زیرآبخیزهای با مانایی‌های مختلف شناسایی خواهند شد. هم‌چنین عوامل تنش‌زا و مختل‌کننده عملکرد هر حوزه آبخیز شناسایی و با تکیه‌بر ظرفیت‌ها و پتانسیل‌های حوزه آبخیز و اتخاذ یک رویکرد مدیریتی مناسب، مانایی حوزه آبخیز در یک شرایط پایدار بیش‌تر و بازیابی تعادل آن تسهیل خواهد شد. از نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می‌توان برای بهبود سلامت و پایداری حوزه آبخیز از طریق رویکردهای مدیریتی متناسب و کاربردی استفاده کرد.

Watershed health and sustainability have been oft-analyzed using related criteria. However, the concept of watershed stability, which refers to the ability of a watershed in a specific state of health and sustainability, in the sense of an ecosystem remaining in a sustainable or unsustainable, viable or non-viable, elastic or inelastic state is necessary to explain regulatory policies. Therefore, this research will focus on conceptualizing watershed stability to provide instruction and necessary policies for sound management of the watershed ecosystems. The strengths and weaknesses of the watershed system will be identified by assessing the status of watershed stability, and the sub-watersheds with various stabilities will be identified. In addition, the stress-causing and disturbing factors of each watershed will be identified. By relying on the capacities and potentials of the watershed and adopting a suitable management approach, the maintenance of the watershed will increase in a sustainable condition. Further, the recovery of its balance will be facilitated. The results of this research can be used to improve watershed health and sustainability through appropriate and practical management approaches.
